I am the Neighbourhood Watch liaison/ co-ordinator for our area being the Chiswell Street properties in Camberwell - London which is part of the re-development of the Elmington Estate, the former four towers. The idea to setup such a scheme has been lightly discussed and agreed amongst many of my neighbours (some of which are now close friends) for the last three and a half years and now after a little research and help from NWinfo website, it's time for some positive action.
