Just thought I would update you on how JNW is going in Walsall, West Midlands.

We have being operating since July 2007 when our pilot project took place and since then we have worked with 22 Primary schools in the area and engaged with over 1000 children. Lots of great comments from both children, parents and schools. Schools are now starting to come back wanting to re-run the programme next year and 9 other Police Forces have enquired what we are doing.  Some of our local Watch schemes are now getting involved and can see the benefits. Local Neighbourhood Police Teams are now also going into schools running the project and are getting a great reception from the children.
