I am a retired Metropolitan Police Officer having searved 28 years and retired in 1996 and residing in Hertfordshire. For 10 years prior to my retirment I was the Watch Liaison Officer for my Police Division, running and maintaining what was then believed to be the largest NW organisation in the country along with four Pub Watch Schemes, four School Watch Schemes covering all 104 schools in the borough, seven Business Schemes and two Hospital Watch Schemes.
